Responsibilities
As a Partner Manager, you are responsible for supporting our existing sales partners and for establishing and further developing new (international) partnerships.
You maintain relationships with our existing distribution partners and work with them to regularly develop new sales activities.
Together with the sales leadership, you identify and evaluate potential new partner companies.
You present our innovative software in professional live demos and excite potential partners about collaborating with us.
You independently build relationships with new, including international, sales partners and support them long-term to ensure successful cooperation.
You contribute significantly to scaling our international partner network and thereby expand OE Service’s market success.
Requirements
Motivation and team spirit: You enjoy working in a dynamic team and want to achieve something significant together.
Enjoyment of communication: You like talking to people and have a strong communicative and sales-oriented presence.
Language skills: You speak German and English fluently and are negotiation-capable in both languages.
Experience (advantageous): In B2B sales, partner management, SaaS, or Automotive IAM.
Initiative: You’re not a fan of rigid structures and prefer to take things into your own hands.
