Responsibilities
Develop strategic plans (10-year vision, mission/purpose, strategic pillars and a 3-year roadmap), growth strategies and new business models, impact strategies (CSR, ecological transition, etc.), and development plans.
Contribute to iQo's commercial success by expanding its market presence.
Participate in workshops with prospects, delivering pitches to showcase the firm's expertise through innovative commercial proposals.
Help grow iQo by contributing to organizational development, knowledge sharing, and team facilitation activities.
Requirements
Degree from a top business school, engineering school, IEP (Institute of Political Studies) or a university master's degree.
Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in a strategic consulting firm serving the banking sector.
Experience in managing and steering complex, high‑stakes projects or engagements.
Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities.
An entrepreneurial mindset and intellectual curiosity.
