About the role

  • Learning & Development Specialist focused on delivering effective training in a hybrid model. Collaborating with teams to enhance training materials and support knowledge retention in a member-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • partner with training teams and vendors to ensure effective learning materials
  • plan and deliver onboarding, refresher, and ad hoc training sessions
  • manage and continuously update e-learning modules and quick reference guides
  • act as the administrator for internal knowledge base articles
  • develop monthly learning themes, quizzes, and interactive activities
  • monitor training outcomes and collect feedback from learners

Requirements

  • progressive experience in Learning & Development or Training
  • confident leading training sessions for diverse audiences
  • applied knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices
  • experience maintaining Knowledge Base content and training documentation
  • exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • highly proficient with Learning Management Systems, e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate), and Microsoft Office Suite
