Responsibilities
Gestionar de forma intensiva leads generados por campañas digitales, a través de contacto telefónico, con el objetivo de calificar oportunidades y avanzar en el proceso comercial
Realizar contacto telefónico constante a leads asignados (alto volumen de llamadas diarias)
Calificar leads y levantar información clave para el proceso comercial
Gestionar y actualizar información en herramientas CRM (Pipedrive o similares)
Manejar objeciones y orientar la conversación hacia la conversión
Hacer seguimiento a leads según flujos definidos
Cumplir con métricas de contacto, calificación y avance comercial
Requirements
Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en contact center, televentas o posiciones similares
Alta comodidad trabajando con llamadas telefónicas continuas
Buen nivel de comunicación, dicción y persuasión
Tolerancia a la presión y a trabajo por objetivos
Capacidad de organización y autogestión
Facilidad para aprender herramientas digitales (CRM, plataformas de gestión de leads)
