Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the main performance and delivery KPIs for ScannMarket, ensuring continuous visibility for stakeholders.
- Generate strategic insights from data to support improvement initiatives, product evolution, and business decisions.
- Build presentations with storytelling, translating technical analyses into clear, concise, business-oriented narratives.
- Work in post-sales, monitoring performance, product usage, and opportunities for enhancement with customers.
- Lead improvement projects, ensuring organization, delivery control, and effective communication.
- Facilitate alignment across internal teams (product, data, commercial/sales, operations, technology, etc.).
- Interface with internal and external customers, promoting understanding and clarity of metrics and strategic drivers.

Requirements
- Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product PMO or related roles. Experience building presentations with storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data, KPIs, performance, and insight generation.
- Knowledge of the industrial and retail sectors, including their dynamics, metrics, and particularities.
- Experience in project management (tracking deliverables, deadlines, indicators).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Preferred experience with data-driven products.
- Preferred knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
