About the role

Responsibilities

  • Calculate sales teams' commissions, applying existing rules and new performance criteria;
  • Calculate bonuses, awards, and additional incentives for internal programs;
  • Review, validate, and organize all information and inputs received from involved areas;
  • Communicate commission/incentive results to employees and responsible departments;
  • Work on the design and continuous improvement of commission controls, evolving toward more organized and, progressively, more automated processes;
  • Ensure data management with quality, traceability, and transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields;
  • Experience with financial routines, controls, commission calculations, or analytical activities involving large volumes of data;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables; knowledge of macros is desirable).
