About the role

  • International Sales Manager for wenglor, connecting Tettnang with international sales offices. Engage clients while shaping Industry 4.0 strategies and expanding sales networks.

Responsibilities

  • Interface between wenglor’s headquarters in Tettnang and the assigned international sales subsidiaries; your work location is Tettnang
  • Close collaboration with the country heads of the sales subsidiaries
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring the wenglor sales structure and expanding the network
  • Implementation of sales and distribution strategies and their strategic further development
  • Regular support of the sales subsidiaries as well as direct customer engagement on site and at trade shows

Requirements

  • You already have initial professional experience in field sales (outside sales) and want to take the next step in your career
  • Degree in a technical or business-related field or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, experience with sensor technology products
  • Persuasive, outgoing, and sociable personality with strong organizational skills
  • Business-fluent English and willingness to travel extensively
