About the role
- Join Scanntech as an analyst focusing on processes, improving administration efficiency and integrating operations. Engage in continuous improvement and process mapping.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit daily operational processes, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met;
- Document existing processes and design new workflows to increase the department's efficiency (AS-IS/TO-BE);
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose automations or revisions to working methods;
- Prepare and monitor performance reports and dashboards to support decision-making;
- Act as a facilitator between Operations areas to ensure process integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields;
- Proven experience in Process Management (required);
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM) is a plus;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (strong emphasis on Excel for data analysis).
