Responsibilities
Ensuring the customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout their Scania experience, from the first customer enquiry, through administration, invoicing, and follow up
Working closely with the Service Team & Workshop Controller to ensure effective delivery of work orders
Delivering exceptional customer communication – external and internal
Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
Creating and invoicing work orders, job lines and allocating work to the workshop for planning of activity
Requirements
Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
Effective problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Mechanical or workshop aptitude
Vehicle/transport industry experience preferable.
