Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and modeling of complex processes, performing detailed mapping (AS IS) and strategic design/redesign (TO BE).
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proposing and developing solutions.
- Translate business processes into clear, detailed user stories, including rules, development technicalities and defined acceptance criteria, especially for challenging projects.
- Prepare and defend complete technical documentation for automation projects (PDD, Test Plan, SDD).
- Ensure quality through planning, execution and documentation of Automation Tests.
- Maintain effective, consultative communication with stakeholders, users and development teams.
- Perform advanced data analysis to create performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate in agile rituals (Daily, Planning, Review) and share knowledge by training junior analysts and promoting lifelong learning.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team during crisis or high-complexity situations.
Requirements
- Proven, solid experience in the role and/or related functions, working on high-complexity automation projects and providing support in adverse scenarios.
- Proficiency in Process Modeling with BPMN.
- Expertise in business analysis tools and process modeling/design and requirements elicitation.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and methodologies such as PDSA and PDCA.
- Ability to restructure projects/requests by defining decision matrices (RACI) and proposing clear, objective solutions.
- Deep understanding of the software development process (Agile - Jira, Confluence and Miro).
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields).
- Essential behavioral competencies: Systemic Business View, Logical and Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Prioritization and Assertive Communication.
