About the role

  • Expert User for Scania's unique blue-collar compensation agreements and HR systems. Ensuring stability of local salary management systems with a focus on process improvement and stakeholder guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure stable operation, handling incidents, and managing deviations within local HR and salary management systems
  • Translating Swedish business needs into technical requirements for both local and global HR solutions
  • Leading testing activities and overseeing the implementation of new functionalities
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for stakeholders, providing guidance on system usage and end-to-end HR process improvements

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience working with Time Management Systems or Payroll-related software
  • Experience with complex compensation agreements (collective bargaining/union agreements) is highly meritorious
  • Ability to handle requirement specifications, system testing, and process mapping
  • Fluency in Swedish/English is required to navigate local agreements and global projects.
