Responsibilities
Ensure stable operation, handling incidents, and managing deviations within local HR and salary management systems
Translating Swedish business needs into technical requirements for both local and global HR solutions
Leading testing activities and overseeing the implementation of new functionalities
Acting as a subject matter expert for stakeholders, providing guidance on system usage and end-to-end HR process improvements
Requirements
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience working with Time Management Systems or Payroll-related software
Experience with complex compensation agreements (collective bargaining/union agreements) is highly meritorious
Ability to handle requirement specifications, system testing, and process mapping
Fluency in Swedish/English is required to navigate local agreements and global projects.
