Requirements
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience working with Time Management Systems or Payroll-related software
Experience with complex compensation agreements (collective bargaining/union agreements) is highly meritorious
Ability to handle requirement specifications, system testing, and process mapping
Fluency in Swedish/English is required to navigate local agreements and global projects.
