Responsibilities
Serve as a problem solver for customers
Train in survey programming and data collection
Become an expert in Conjoint Analysis and preference modeling techniques
Use cutting-edge techniques and work with customers via email and phone
Represent customers during the development process of new features
Conduct consulting projects, teach workshops, and attend and speak at events as knowledge expands
Requirements
Background/degree relevant to research (statistics, business, mathematics, economics, psychology, etc.) or have a degree that includes some statistics courses (required)
Interest in the fields of market research, data analytics, and consumer behavior
Ability to think logically and enjoy helping others solve complex problems
Advanced skills with Excel or familiarity with programming/markup languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Python, R, etc.
Experience with survey scripting platforms (Qualtrics, Confirmit, Decipher, Sawtooth), or the methods we use (conjoint analysis, discrete choice, MaxDiff, experimental designs, regression analysis) is a major plus
