About the role

  • Marketing Manager responsible for directing marketing campaigns for Savvy's financial advisors. Collaborating on strategies and measuring campaign success for a modern wealth management platform.

Responsibilities

  • Transform advisor requests into meaningful, multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at winning new clients.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget allocated to each advisor, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement customized marketing strategies for individual advisors, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and events.
  • Monitor and manage campaign timelines to ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Measure and analyze the results of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with advisors to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with their goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of campaign performance and budget utilization.
  • Work closely with your internal marketing colleagues and the operations team to align on overall strategy and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a financial services or start-up
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms like HubSpot, project management tools, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
