Responsibilities
Actively participate in videos & Stories: present yourself authentically and creatively on camera.
Content creation: Photograph and film at clients' locations and events — capture special moments visually.
Photo & video editing: Independently edit photos and videos and create engaging graphics.
Social media concept development: Develop creative concepts and formats for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Competitor and trend analysis: Monitor trends and competitors to create innovative content.
Brand ambassador: Be the face of a shopping center on its social media channels.
Event support: Document jointly planned events and in-center activities in photo and video.
Flexible roles: Depending on the story, work sometimes in front of and sometimes behind the camera.
Creative input: Actively contribute your own ideas for new video formats and storytelling.
Collaborative editing: Support editing and post-production, working closely with the team.
Requirements
You are an up-and-coming creator based in Berlin.
You are eager for new challenges, want to increase your visibility and develop creatively.
You are reliable, communicative and enjoy working both in front of and behind the camera.
Experience in photography and videography.
Experience with Canva, CapCut and ideally Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere.
Minimum of 3 months' work experience; experience from other fields is welcome.
Understanding of social media.
Interest in fashion and shopping.
Organized.
Fluent in English and German.
Strong writing skills.
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
