About the role

  • Social Media Specialist responsible for planning and executing social media strategies for client brands. Collaborating with teams to improve content impact and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media strategies for client brands.
  • Organize and manage editorial calendars, ensuring consistency, relevance, and deadline compliance.
  • Produce, edit, and adapt copy for social networks, respecting each brand's tone of voice, positioning, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Community Management teams to align on topics, language, and approach.
  • Track performance metrics and recommend content adjustments and optimizations.
  • Participate in internal alignment meetings and, when necessary, client meetings, including occasional on-site visits.
  • Prepare performance reports and results analyses.
  • Identify content opportunities, formats, and approaches based on social behavior, trends, and community insights.
  • Act as a heavy social media user, leveraging that experience to anticipate movements, adapt trends to the client's context, and generate strategy-ready ideas.
  • Contribute to organizing processes, workflows, and best practices for social media operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Social Media professional, preferably in an agency or multi-account environment.
  • Heavy user of social media with a critical eye for formats, language, trends, and audience behavior.
  • Strong organizational skills, process-oriented mindset, and a clear sense of priorities.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and language for different brands.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution in day-to-day work.
  • Comfortable working in a team and communicating with cross-functional areas.
