Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of related experience in back-end software engineering
- You have deep experience working with Java and a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS is a plus)
- You have a proven ability to drive knowledge sharing, mentor peers, and conduct technical analysis for large-scope projects affecting multiple systems
- You are able to communicate in a structured and convincing manner
- You are passionate about FinTech or startup environments and fluent in English.
