Responsibilities
You take responsibility for the proactive sales of the bioprocess portfolio
Using available sales tools such as MS Teams and Salesforce CRM to support outreach and account development
You ensure that growth targets and objectives are met
Identifying customer needs, developing potential accounts within the assigned target segments and maintaining reliable partnerships with distributors and dealers
You work closely with technical teams, marketing partners and internal stakeholders throughout the entire sales process
You prepare and negotiate quotations and manage contract closure
Tracking market trends and developments and sharing relevant insights with the appropriate department
Requirements
A completed scientific degree in life sciences, biotechnology or comparable training with relevant professional experience
First years of working experience in Sales within the biopharmaceutical industry or selling relevant technologies into a parallel industry
Experience conducting meetings via Microsoft Teams and other multimedia channels
Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication and consulting skills in French and English, German is a plus
Strong presentation skills
A proactive, goal oriented and collaborative working style
Willingness to travel about 20% in Central Europe
