About the role

  • Sales Specialist focusing on customer relations, sales planning, and product support for mechanical and electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Plan sales volume and potential of target customers.
  • Build & maintain solid and better customer relationship, as well development of new customer.
  • Product & technical support to customer and quotation.
  • Deal with simple service case and organize internal resource to meet the customer’s demand.
  • Prepare customer contract and include contract negotiation and closing.
  • Organize and plan the market promotion activity as necessary.
  • Marketing intelligence acquisition at the responsible area.
  • Take proactive actions to achieve established goals.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Education with mechanical & electrical engineering and others relevant major with junior college.
  • Personal character with integrity, honesty, enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of MS office is necessary.
  • With strong interpersonal, communication & organization skills.
  • Familiar with CRM tools.
