Responsibilities
- Help strengthen Ørsted’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- Responsible for driving the approach to managing and controlling risk for the company
- Report on material risks to senior management and Board
- Support on key initiatives to further strengthen and implement the Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders across the business
- Strengthen and automate ERM processes, tools, and reporting
- Drive and support ERM initiatives to embed standards across the organisation
- Provide guidance to stakeholders
- Support awareness activities that build risk management capability and a strong risk culture across the company
Requirements
- Hold an academic degree in risk management, business administration or management, economics, engineering or similar
- Have experience with risk management frameworks in a large organisation
- Have advanced PowerPoint skills, and can turn complex information into simple, impactful slides
- Work well with others and can coordinate activities across different teams and stakeholders
- Are structured, systematic and comfortable working with data and details
- Are proactive and adaptable, taking ownership and delivering in a changing environment
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to tailor approach and present complex information to broad audiences
