About the role

  • Analista PPM managing project portfolios and improving performance with analytical tools at Santa Helena. Collaborating across departments to ensure transparency and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement of technology licenses and services, including purchase requests, follow-up, and invoice control;
  • Define, maintain and evolve performance indicators (KPIs) and Technology area metrics;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports and executive materials to support decision-making;
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and governance of the data used in performance cycles and reporting;
  • Monitor goals, budget (CAPEX, OPEX, OBZ) and Technology structure indicators;
  • Identify and implement automation and continuous improvement opportunities in reporting and performance-tracking processes;
  • Work in partnership with Technology and Finance leadership to align numbers, narratives and priorities;
  • Support the preparation of executive presentations and recurring communications on portfolio performance;
  • Ensure discipline, predictability and compliance with recurring tracking cycles;
  • Handle ad hoc requests with clear and efficient communication;
  • Maintain alignment with Finance and Procurement teams, ensuring compliance with SLAs and agreed deadlines;
  • Identify opportunities to use Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics in planning and performance analysis;
  • Support the implementation of AI solutions for automating analyses, forecasting and operational efficiency gains;
  • Ensure responsible use of data, privacy and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Integrate analytical and AI tools with corporate management platforms and dashboards;
  • Promote a data-driven culture, supporting strategic decisions with reliable data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree, MBA or specialization is a plus;
  • Basic English;
  • Experience managing targets, KPIs, CAPEX, OBZ and management reporting;
  • Experience with data analysis and monitoring indicators;
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis and explanation of results and financial reports;
  • Previous experience in PMO, PPM, FP&A or analytical areas;
  • Experience with report automation and process improvement;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and governance practices.
