About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead security presence at all assigned meetings and events
- Manage and ensure compliance with Sanofi's Global Meeting & Events Policy
- Perform security sweeps of meeting spaces and event venues
- Coordinate Access Control and ensure only credentialed individuals participate
- Present daily security briefings regarding current risks and security protocols
- Liaise with event planning agencies and hotel/venue security teams
- Conduct thorough and discreet investigations into any incidents during events
- Supervise team members assigned to the Meetings & Events Security Team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of demonstrated progressive leadership and operational experience within the private sector or government
- Demonstrated investigative success
- Experience developing and executing security-related programs at the leadership level
- Proven ability to lead change and collaborate in a high-performance culture
- Must possess a US passport with no prohibitions on travel to Canada
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and other standard corporate software
