Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment cycle - from creative sourcing to offer and close.
Hire not just for the role, but for the contribution to culture, business, and team- every hire matters.
Challenge the way recruiting is done - bring AI tools, automation, and unconventional approaches to sourcing and outreach.
Partner deeply with hiring managers - understand the team, the business need, and what "great" actually looks like beyond the job description.
Build a candidate experience worth talking about - every touchpoint is a reflection of who we are.
Contribute to employer branding - content, campaigns, and representing Upwind in the talent market.
Continuously improve recruitment processes - if something isn't working, say so, change it, try something new.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS (Comeet).
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-growing startup environment - Must
Hands-on experience recruiting for global Go-To-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)

Data-driven decision making- you use data to inform sourcing strategies, evaluate pipelines, and improve outcomes.
