About the role

  • Knowledge Manager ensuring centralized access to CF L&D assets and managing content lifecycle. Collaborating for content optimization and monitoring catalog usage for improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and evolve a centralized digital catalog of CF L&D training materials to ensure global accessibility and standardization
  • Tag, organize, and archive training content with consistent metadata for ease of search, navigation, and use
  • Partner with global and MCO CF L&D teams to upload new content, update existing materials, and retire outdated assets
  • Ensure lifecycle management of learning assets, including version control, relevancy checks, and usage tracking
  • Collaborate with digital platform owners (e.g., LMS, intranet) to optimize learner experience and content delivery
  • Monitor catalog usage and make recommendations for improvement in structure and discoverability

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Ability to manage large volumes of training content in a structured, searchable, and user-friendly format
  • Attention to detail: strong organizational skills and precision in tagging, labelling, and version tracking of assets
  • Digital platform proficiency

  • Process & lifecycle thinking
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English communication and writing skills
