About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Business Partner for the Finance FRA function
- Define and execute the enterprise strategy for SAP-enabled accounting platforms
- Drive digitization and automation of end-to-end accounting processes
- Leverage SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics, RPA, and embedded business rules to optimize workflows
- Partner with global and regional Finance teams to ensure a modern, compliant Finance technology landscape
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP Finance solutions
- Ensure all Finance systems adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact SAP projects
- Champion global standardization and harmonization of accounting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant professional IT experience supporting Finance and Accounting functions
- Proven expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance
- Strong understanding of SAP module integration points and Finance end-to-end processes
- Demonstrated industry experience working with complex enterprise landscapes and global SAP Core/Template governance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Multiyear leadership and people-management experience with strong team-building capabilities
- Experience with SAP analytics landscape, automation technologies, and data-driven Finance initiatives
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service-management methodologies
- Must be fluent in English.
