Responsibilities
Support the administration of airport real estate agreements by researching terms, preparing documentation, and helping ensure agreements align with Authority policies and program requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned airline and tenant accounts, ensuring compliance with agreement terms including financial obligations, reporting requirements, and operational standards.
Monitor tenant spaces and conduct inspections to ensure leased areas are used in accordance with agreement terms and Authority policies.
Review and coordinate routine tenant improvement projects to ensure alignment with lease provisions, operational needs, and airport standards.
Assist Asset Managers with real estate negotiations, transactions, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs); help prepare and administer routine airport-related agreements.
Act as a liaison between tenants and internal stakeholders to support projects, resolve operational issues, and maintain alignment across departments.
Investigate and support resolution of tenant or public concerns related to leased spaces, agreements, or operational matters.
Understand how tenant agreements, operational space usage, and billing systems intersect to identify opportunities to improve asset utilization, tenant services, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Three years of progressively responsible professional business experience, at least two years of which involve commercial or industrial asset management, property management, and/ or real estate development, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Graduation from an accredited four year college or university in business or public administration, finance, real estate, or a closely related field.
Advanced degree such as a Master’s degree in business, public administration, finance, real estate, or a Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
Designation as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Airport Certified Employee (ACE) preferred.
