Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creation of performance AdTech products
  • Define the product vision and roadmap
  • Operate comfortably in ambiguity
  • Build products optimized for e-commerce KPIs
  • Drive product decisions around attribution and measurement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance ad systems
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of senior product managers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management
  • Deep experience in performance AdTech and e-commerce advertising
  • Proven track record building 0→1 lower-funnel products
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising systems
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce conversion signals
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Data Science
