About the role

  • Product Manager at ROI Hunter owning Campaigns scope for Meta and Google ad management. Collaborating closely with designer and dev lead for efficient ad campaign solutions.

Responsibilities

  • As a Product Manager, you will be joining the Product team at ROI Hunter, owning the Campaigns scope.
  • You will be working on a product that makes the campaign management of 200+ enterprise ecommerce companies more efficient and successful - directly competing with Meta's own tooling.
  • You will own the Campaigns scope end to end - maintaining and extending the API layer communicating with Meta & Google, managing existing features, and discovering new opportunities.
  • You will work in a tight product trio with a designer and a dev lead - no handoff model, no bureaucracy.
  • You will contribute to defining a clear vision for the Campaigns scope - figuring out what ROI Hunter's differentiating value looks like as the industry shifts toward agentic AI and automated campaign management.

Requirements

  • You are based in Brno and/or you are willing to spend 2-3 days a week with us in the office.
  • Meta Ads is your home territory. You know campaigns, ad sets, audiences, Advantage+ - and if you know Google Ads on top of that, even better.
  • You have a track record of experimenting with AI tools on your own - not just using them when your employer rolled them out, but actually trying things, building something, learning from it.
  • You are ready to transition into product and you know why - not because it sounds like a step up, but because you genuinely want to define what gets built rather than work with what already exists.
  • You are comfortable operating without a clearly defined path. Ambiguity doesn't paralyze you - it gives you room to figure things out.
  • Your English is strong (C1+), written and spoken - you will be working with international teams and presenting decisions to the full company.
  • If you have prior experience with product management, project ownership, or working closely with dev teams, that's a genuine plus - but it's not the starting point we're hiring from.
  • You want to grow into a PM career, not just try it out - we're investing in you for the long run.

Benefits

  • 25 days of holiday
  • 3 paid sick days per year
  • Work from home allowance
  • Multisport card contribution
  • Free massage or physiotherapy appointment once per month
  • Company wide education budget for your development
  • Company and team events (online & offline)
