About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
- Work with multidisciplinary squads to promote continuous, value-driven deliveries
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Evolve credit products (e.g., BNPL and personal loans) with a focus on performance and operational efficiency
- Monitor and optimize processes related to origination, underwriting, disbursement, assignment (cession) and collections
- Use data to support decisions, validate hypotheses and identify improvement opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of connection between business, data and technology stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience with credit products and an understanding of the full lifecycle (origination, underwriting, assignment and collections)
- Knowledge of FIDC, including structuring and the dynamics of receivables assignment
- Previous experience as a Product Owner or close collaboration with agile teams
- Proficiency in SQL for advanced analyses, query construction and hypothesis validation
- Experience managing backlogs, prioritization and driving requests to completion
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
