About the role

  • Onsite IT Service Manager providing IT services at Hamburg location within global IT Infrastructure. Responsible for IT support and collaboration with internal teams, ensuring high service levels.

Responsibilities

  • Operational responsibility for IT services at the Hamburg site in collaboration with a global IT organization
  • Prioritization, handling and tracking of incidents and changes within a structured ticket management system
  • Operational support and maintenance of the local network infrastructure
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation for IT and communication systems

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in IT with relevant professional experience
  • Solid experience in IT service / IT operations and in the successful implementation of IT projects
  • Practical experience and sound basic knowledge of network infrastructure
  • Professional demeanor with a strong service and end-user orientation
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • High reliability, flexibility, initiative and strong team spirit
