- Assistant(e) Responsable Gestion Maintenance in Arkema, managing technical logistics and administrative tasks within maintenance teams at Pierre-Bénite. Focused on developing skills in a supportive and expert environment.
Responsibilities
- Gestion de la logistique des astreintes techniques des équipes de maintenance
- Préparation des données comptables pour établissement des dépenses mensuelles et support au suivi budgétaire
- Assurer les commandes et livraisons du matériel bureautique et fournitures du service
- Classement de la documentation commande et des contrats
- Participation aux réunions mensuelles de revue de contrat. Rédaction des Comptes rendus Gestion des plans d'actions correctives

- Informatique bureautique (Word, Power Point), excel niveau maitrisé, Power BI, Power Apps
- GMAO SAP (module MM et PM)
