About the role

  • Regional Property Manager responsible for managing properties and facilities for The Salvation Army. Leading operations, budgeting, and ensuring compliance for multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Daily management of properties and facilities database
  • Responsible for day-to-day resolution of contract and lease obligations
  • Manages environmental, security, and safety management strategies
  • Prepares cost estimates and project budgets
  • Develops proposals for new locations or relocations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience managing multiple commercial properties
  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate operations
  • Strong knowledge of insurance, property liability, and maintenance practices
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
