About the role

  • Regional Sales Coordinator leading and supporting the sales team at Salvabras. Responsible for executing commercial strategies and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the daily activities of sales representatives, ensuring alignment with Salvabras' guidelines.
  • Lead regular meetings for guidance, results analysis, and development of action plans.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, commercial discipline, and results-oriented focus.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retail, wholesale, and distribution clients.
  • Support representatives in complex negotiations and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure implementation of promotional and sell-out campaigns at the point of sale.
  • Monitor results and recommend adjustments to maximize the impact of commercial activities.
  • Identify white spaces and expansion opportunities within the region.
  • Support onboarding of new customers and strengthen territorial coverage.
  • Monitor performance indicators such as revenue, product mix, purchase frequency, and new customer registrations.
  • Develop corrective and continuous improvement action plans based on data and targets.
  • Track the performance of the customer portfolio.
  • Implement strategies to reactivate inactive customers and increase the profitability of accounts.
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information.
  • Propose strategic and tactical actions based on industry trends and market movements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience coordinating or supervising commercial/sales teams, particularly field representatives.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong command of B2B sales, negotiation, and distribution channels.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and develop strategic action plans.
  • Travel Availability: The role requires frequent travel for field visits.
