About the role

  • Business Analyst contributing to B2B demand generation at a fintech startup. Engaging with clients to enhance sales cycles and conversions in FX solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate our clients' sales cycles and increase the conversion of opportunities into closed deals.
  • Conduct the first contact with decision-makers, explore scenarios, and identify real business pain points.
  • Generate qualified meetings for FX solutions.

Requirements

  • Prospect companies that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Execute multichannel outbound outreach: Phone, Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp.
  • Conduct consultative conversations to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Qualify leads using sales methodologies.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Log interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Maintain organized and disciplined cadences.
  • Priority given to candidates with experience in: Foreign exchange or international financial operations, Banks or financial institutions, Currency brokers, Fintechs, Foreign trade, International payments, Consultative B2B.
  • Experience in FX (Foreign Exchange) is a significant plus.
