About the role

  • Senior Technical Program Manager leading cross-functional technology programs at Salesforce. Partnering with technology teams for marketing technology and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs that enable growth marketing initiatives
  • Partner with marketing, marketing technology, data science, and product teams to define program vision, strategy, and success metrics aligned with business goals
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize marketing technology processes, workflows, and tools
  • Translate marketing goals and use cases into detailed technical and functional requirements for data, AI, and marketing technology solutions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating communication, decision-making, and accountability among executives, marketing leaders, and technical stakeholders
  • Cultivate deep, positive, and influential relationships with senior business leaders and technical teams across organizational boundaries, effectively prioritizing, unblocking, and removing systemic cross-team impediments at scale
  • Define, track, and communicate key Program KPIs , providing transparent reporting that measures progress against strategic business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years in Technical Program Management, Product Management, or a related technical leadership role within technology or marketing organizations
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional programs that deliver scalable marketing technology, data, or AI-driven solutions, and driving programs from concept through delivery
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (CRM, CDP, marketing automation, personalization, analytics, AI/ML) and strong technical acumen to translate marketing strategies into technical requirements
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and business needs into actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and change management for new technology programs across large organizations.
