Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Transformation by guiding SMB customers through agentic transformation with strategic AI counsel
  • Build a high-performing team fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop bespoke plays and reusable assets
  • Serve as the 'Voice of the Field' to influence Product and R&D roadmap

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Strong technical background with 5+ years in Solution Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Consulting, or similar technical roles
  • Deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and IT architecture to support strategic discussions
  • Experience leading collaborative customer workshops that reimagine business processes and deliver measurable ROI
  • Must be able to work cross-functionally with sales, enablement, and product teams
