Requirements
Prior experience as a Solution Engineering Manager (or equivalent leadership experience) or Team Lead is preferred.
Proven experience partnering with Sales teams to deliver value and drive growth.
Demonstrated success in mentoring and inspiring teams to deliver with passion and innovation.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to grasp and clearly explain both business and technology concepts.
Deep understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
