About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee content lifecycle from concept through production workflows (calendaring, tracking)
- Optimize visibility by connecting stories to the customer journey via site mechanics (CTAs, backlinking)
- Drive the technical and performance roadmap for the platform
- Work closely with marketing, brand, PR and other internal teams to achieve each team’s goals on a unified content hub
- Identify, pilot, and scale the implementation of AI and agent-based solutions to drive workflow efficiency and quality
- Orchestrate high-stakes publishing cycles for critical corporate news, managing 24/7 operational readiness and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in content operations, audience growth, or marketing technology
- Proven track record of managing content processes from ideation to publication and promotion
- Technical project management experience – site roadmapping, user experience, and support of other long-term content optimization projects
- Understanding of content strategy and its application across the content lifecycle.
- Experience managing RFPs, agency selection, and agency management.
- Enterprise Technology Fluency: Strong technical acumen and proven ability to navigate and leverage enterprise technology ecosystems, including AI, data/analytics, SaaS, and content platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work across teams.
