Responsibilities
Apoyar en la identificación y prospección de nuevos clientes.
Brindar información básica sobre productos y servicios de Zurich a clientes y prospectos (agentes y promotores).
Dar seguimiento inicial a consultas, emisiones y renovaciones.
Registrar las actividades y gestiones en los sistemas internos conforme a las políticas.
Participar activamente en capacitaciones y reuniones de equipo.
Cumplir con las políticas, procesos internos y normatividad aplicable.
Colaborar con el equipo comercial en proyectos y actividades asignadas para el logro de objetivos conjuntos.
Requirements
Escolaridad: Licenciatura en curso o concluida en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios, Economía o carrera afín.
Experiencia requerida: De 0 a 1 año en posiciones de ventas, atención a clientes o áreas comerciales.
