- Be a trusted finance business partner to the Marketing business to help inform and guide decision-making through insightful, thoughtful analysis that is deeply grounded in data and metrics.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and other departments to build financial models based on financial and operational data.
- Enhance and develop drivers and ROI based frameworks to further support investment decision making.
- Prepare and deliver high quality, clear, tailored executive presentations and reports.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis with input from multiple stakeholders and cross-functional perspective.
- Drive completion of projects and achieve results and goals.
- Identify issues and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or analytic roles.
- Experience coaching and leading teams is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
- Strong business partnering skills with proven track record to collaborate and drive results with business partners.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Extensive financial modeling experience, including advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with a high degree of ambiguity and constant change.
- Preferred experience in enterprise SaaS and US GAAP.
