Responsibilities
Create programs, content, and campaigns that help CSMs build lasting AI habits, not just complete one-time training
Work with CSMs and stakeholders to identify what's working, then package it into resources the whole organization can use
Run interactive workshops, onboarding sessions, and AI product training (virtual and live) across regions as needed
Partner with teams to integrate AI tools into existing and new processes, advising on best practices along the way
Develop copy, assets, and messaging that keeps AI top-of-mind and drives ongoing engagement
Use data, feedback, and learning assessments to understand what's working and continuously improve programs
Keep up with trends in AI, learning technology, and change management, sharing insights with the team
Work closely with end users, product leads, architects, and PMs to deliver practical solutions aligned with business priorities
Requirements
Experience using AI tools confidently in your own work
A strong foundation in user experience design and human-centered design principles
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive experiences that drive real behavior change and adoption
Project management experience, including the ability to establish standards, document processes, and use data to optimize how work gets done
The skills to influence stakeholders and make business recommendations that keep initiatives on track and within scope
Comfort scripting, recording, and producing demo videos and other multimedia content
Experience with UX writing and content design is a plus.
