Responsibilities
Architect and deploy generative AI platforms for enterprise operations, leveraging multi-agent orchestration, tool-integration frameworks, and modular AI components
Design and engineer agentic AI solutions that coordinate across multiple digital services and tools to solve complex operational challenges
Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, enabling effective adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience designing and implementing agentic AI systems for coordinated workflow automation OR Advanced Degree and 2+ years of experience
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch , Scikit-learn)
Experience developing secure, scalable, and maintainable APIs for AI and enterprise system integration
Familiarity with integrating AI solutions with facility management platforms (e.g., CMMS, BMS, IoT devices)
Background in building digital platforms with strong front-end development and user experience (UX) focus (e.g., Streamlit)
Exposure to advanced analytics, data modeling, and cloud platforms (e.g., SQL, Azure, Snowflake)
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
