About the role

Responsibilities

  • You design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for our clients
  • You advise our clients on Salesforce requirements and best practices, presenting scalable and future-proof solutions
  • You review the technical compliance and scalability of our solutions and ensure that the highest standards are met
  • You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and successful project delivery
  • You stay up to date with the latest Salesforce developments and actively share your expertise with colleagues and clients

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, and experience with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud
  • Familiarity with the processes of NGOs and foundations and their specific requirements
  • Strong conceptual skills in translating client requirements into Salesforce features and workflows
  • Experience with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Leadership experience in technical teams and clear, effective stakeholder communication
  • Desirable certifications: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect
  • Excellent German and English language skills, combined with strong communication abilities
