Responsibilities
Phone support (priority)
Handle incoming calls and assist users on a daily basis
Quickly understand requests and provide clear, effective responses
Provide first-level support (N0–N1): assistance, basic troubleshooting, user guidance
Ensure a smooth, reassuring and professional customer experience
Identify incidents that require escalation to the next level
Requirements
You have initial experience in user support / helpdesk / hotline, ideally in an application or business software environment.
You are comfortable handling incoming calls and providing remote assistance to users.
You are proficient with common office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams…) as well as the basics of a Windows workstation.
You have a strong customer service mindset, excellent verbal communication, and good interpersonal skills.
You rigorously follow diagnostic, handling and ticket escalation procedures (N1 to N2 support).
Remote assistance (remote takeover) comes naturally to you 😉
