  • Content Marketing Specialist creating innovative B2B content strategies for a Water-Tech company. Collaborating on campaigns and analyzing performance to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Development of holistic content strategies that support our business objectives and deliver measurable results
  • Creation and management of high-quality formats (blog, whitepapers, newsletter, social media) – including SEO optimization and AI-powered tools
  • Design and execution of target-specific campaigns across the customer journey, including marketing automation
  • Continuous performance measurement (KPIs, Google Analytics) and implementation of optimization measures
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and external agencies

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Literature, Journalism, Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technical environment
  • Confident handling of CMS, social media, SEO/SEA and AI tools
  • Creative flair for storytelling and the presentation of complex content
  • Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to work
  • Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
