Responsibilities
Development of holistic content strategies that support our business objectives and deliver measurable results
Creation and management of high-quality formats (blog, whitepapers, newsletter, social media) – including SEO optimization and AI-powered tools
Design and execution of target-specific campaigns across the customer journey, including marketing automation
Continuous performance measurement (KPIs, Google Analytics) and implementation of optimization measures
Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and external agencies
Requirements
Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Literature, Journalism, Business Administration or a related field
Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technical environment
Confident handling of CMS, social media, SEO/SEA and AI tools
Creative flair for storytelling and the presentation of complex content
Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to work
Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of teamwork
Excellent communication skills in German and English
