About the role

  • Junior Sales & Account Manager working with Uber-partners to expand vehicle fleets sustainably in Berlin. Involves sales, account management, and strategic development for urban mobility initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • You acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships.
  • You leverage our network and convince Uber fleet operators of our solutions.
  • You manage your own key accounts and actively develop them further.
  • You ensure customer satisfaction — whether through operational support or strategic advice.
  • You identify new growth markets and work directly with the executive team on expansion into additional cities.
  • You hold discussions with public authorities and actively contribute to the optimization and digitization of our processes.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales, business development, or account management — ideally in the mobility sector.
  • You enjoy direct customer contact and demonstrate a communicative, professional manner.
  • A hands-on mentality, self‑initiative, and solution-oriented thinking come naturally to you.
  • Interest in electromobility and sustainable mobility solutions.
  • Very good German language skills; English is an advantage.
