About the role

  • Audit Support Associate managing client satisfaction through auditing and certification processes. Reviewing documentation and coordinating registration decisions in a standard office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PRI Certification client satisfaction and report processes from receipt of a contract from the sales department through the registration decision and certification
  • Primarily responsible for reviewing all audit documentation for accuracy and completeness and coordination of registration decisions and certificate issuance process
  • Manage client and lead auditor adherence to audit report and nonconformance resolution policies for general/baseline standards
  • Provide client/auditor support services including reviewing completed audit package process to ensure integrity of all critical process records
  • Coordinate the registration decision process from return of the audit package to the actual decision for assessment, re-assessment and continuation decisions and certification issuance
  • Maintain and monitor service metrics with regard to customer satisfaction throughout the entire registration process

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Up to 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Effective interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills related to customer service and teamwork
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with appropriate computer application programs
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • ISO 9001 quality system experience, preferred.
