Responsibilities
Build and maintain business relationships with key accounts to generate and increase sustainable revenue
Present and actively sell our products
Independently develop concepts and account plans for strategic customer management and the development of key accounts, as well as identify potential opportunities
Responsible for customer retention and customer-focused marketing
Assess customer requirements and develop solution approaches
Support the preparation of customer satisfaction analyses
Independently plan, prepare and conduct annual reviews, acquisition, closing and pricing negotiations, and handle follow-up and documentation
Communicate with internal departments, especially product development and internal sales (sales support)
Requirements
Completed (technical) degree or solid commercial or technical vocational training
At least 5 years of experience in sales and field sales of IT services
Strong communication and presentation skills with a convincing, professional demeanor
Analytical and sales-oriented thinking as well as a strategic and business-minded way of working
High willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Valid driving license (Class B)
