About the role

  • Key Account Manager dealing with innovative fiber optic solutions for Sachsenkabel. Build and maintain business relationships with key accounts to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain business relationships with key accounts to generate and increase sustainable revenue
  • Present and actively sell our products
  • Independently develop concepts and account plans for strategic customer management and the development of key accounts, as well as identify potential opportunities
  • Responsible for customer retention and customer-focused marketing
  • Assess customer requirements and develop solution approaches
  • Support the preparation of customer satisfaction analyses
  • Independently plan, prepare and conduct annual reviews, acquisition, closing and pricing negotiations, and handle follow-up and documentation
  • Communicate with internal departments, especially product development and internal sales (sales support)

Requirements

  • Completed (technical) degree or solid commercial or technical vocational training
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and field sales of IT services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a convincing, professional demeanor
  • Analytical and sales-oriented thinking as well as a strategic and business-minded way of working
  • High willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Valid driving license (Class B)
