About the role

  • Support Analyst at Rvops assisting clients with SaaS product inquiries and troubleshooting issues via various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Customer support via WhatsApp, email, and webchat
  • Analyze and diagnose tickets using internal tools and the CRM
  • Provide guidance on product usability and features
  • Conduct support calls for more complex cases
  • Escalate and follow up on tickets with the technical team, managing deadlines and status updates
  • Document recurring cases for the internal knowledge base

Requirements

  • Previous experience in technical support (minimum 1 year)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar CRM
  • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and organized
  • Ability to document and escalate issues clearly
