About the role

  • Technician providing VIP support in a hybrid role in Paris. Responsible for audiovisual setup and IT support in a premium environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide VIP user support with a high level of service
  • Work on audiovisual equipment for meetings and events
  • Install, configure and verify IT equipment
  • Participate in server room operations (Level 1)
  • Perform basic infrastructure tasks (restarts, checks, etc.)
  • Ensure meeting rooms are functioning correctly
  • Provide on-site presence for audio/video support during events
  • Manage equipment installations and deliveries

Requirements

  • Experience in VIP support or another high-demand environment
  • Comfortable with audiovisual systems and meeting room setups
  • Basic knowledge of networking and systems
  • Excellent professional appearance (business attire)
  • Fluent in English
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented and service-minded
