Responsibilities
Prospecção ativa externa: Identificar e abordar potenciais clientes por meio de visitas presenciais, indicações, eventos e networking na região de Curitiba e metropolitana.
Visitas comerciais: Realizar reuniões presenciais com tomadores de decisão, entendendo as dores do cliente e apresentando soluções consultivas da Rumo Brasil.
Gestão de relacionamento: Construir e manter relacionamentos duradouros com clientes, atuando de forma estratégica e próxima.
CRM: Registrar e manter atualizadas todas as interações, oportunidades e negociações no CRM (RD Station), garantindo organização e previsibilidade do funil.
Eventos e networking: Participar de eventos do setor de transporte e logística, fortalecendo a marca Rumo Brasil e ampliando a rede de contatos.
Atuação em campo: Planejar rotas, agendas e estratégias comerciais para maximizar resultados na região atendida.
Requirements
Experiência prévia em vendas externas ou atuação comercial consultiva;
Conhecimento no segmento de Transporte Rodoviário de Cargas (TRC) será um diferencial;
Formação em Administração, Direito, Logística ou áreas afins (desejável);
Boa comunicação, perfil relacional e orientação a resultados;
Organização e disciplina para gestão de agenda e CRM;
Disponibilidade para deslocamentos frequentes na região de Curitiba e metropolitana.
